    Technical Collision Investigation

    COURSE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

This 3 week course builds on and enhances the knowledge received on the At Scene Collision Investigation course. The course provides students with the training and knowledge required to determine speed from vehicle braking, critical speed yaw, and airborne objects. Time distance analysis techniques show the student how to utilize the information acquired from speed analysis to conduct a meaningful collision analysis.

  • A motorcycle and a minivan on a wet dirt surface outdoors, with stormy weather clouds overhead, and a person taking a photo in the background.

    Motorcycle Collision Reconstruction

This 40 hour advanced reconstruction course focuses specifically on the identification, documentation, and analysis of motorcycle collisions. Students will be introduced to different formulae used in the analysis of various types of motorcycle collisions.

  • The image shows a car crash on a rural highway during cloudy weather, with the front of a sports car hitting the back of a smaller vehicle, causing damage and water spray from the impact.

    Collision Reconstruction

This 3-week course builds on the knowledge received on the At Scene and Technical Collision Investigation courses. This course provides the student with the training and knowledge required to understand and apply principles of conservation of linear momentum.

  • A person in an orange jumpsuit falling off a car, with a bicycle flying through the air, on a road next to a parking lot.

    Pedestrian/Cyclist Collision Reconstruction

This 40 hour advanced reconstruction course focuses specifically on the identification, documentation and analysis of pedestrian and bicycle collisions. Students are introduced to the many different approaches to speed analysis.

  • Empty parking lot with tire marks and two orange traffic cones, a black car parked facing away, trees, houses, and utility poles in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

    At Scene Collision Investigation

This 40 hour course is a pre-requisite course for the Technical Collision Investigation course, and provides an introductory foundation to collision investigation techniques. The course provides classroom lectures and practical hands-on training.

  • An off-road vehicle flipping over and kicking up dirt and debris in an open field near trees with fall foliage.

    ATV Collision Reconstruction

This 3-day course focuses on the unique characteristics and dynamics of the all-terrain vehicle.  The course has been established based on more than 20 years of research and testing.  Learning is accomplished by way of classroom lectures, and practical hands-on training.
